Phillip has added a bunch of the actors as well as the official GoT twitter to his, and now he and Mackenzie have both been seen with the other actors during their smoke break at the table reading for season three.
Phillip looks like a potential Edmure, or a potential Beric (or who knows?), while Mackenzie seems to be everyone’s favourite Vargo Hoat (and was mine in my head whilst reading, though westeros.org says he won’t be.)
ETA: If not Vargo Hoat, Mackenzie could be coming in as undead raggedy Beric? Ramsay Bolton? And WIC.net speculates he could even be Mance.
